There were 4 new members of the Baritone section at the rehearsal on Monday 5th, and I met with them to learn a little more about them.

Bill (left) lives in Rode and is a retired teacher. He is membership secretary of a local car club, and owns a gorgeous green Marlin Hunter. Phil and his wife Ros are part of the leadership team at Rode Chapel.

David (second left) lives in Peasedown St John. He spent 32 years in the Royal Navy, then 10 years doing IT support for the MOD. He is a member of the Bath Rugby supporters club (Come on you Bath!) and also does a lot of church and charity work.

Phil (second right) is a retired postman (actually almost retired...he can't wait!) living in Clandown. He is a churchwarden at St Peter's Westfield, and plays guitar and sings for the worship band. He likes fishing and shooting, but mostly fishing nowadays.

Barrie (right) lives in Midsomer Norton, opposite John Taylor. Many years ago he was conductor for the Midsomer Norton male voice choir, of which Martin Dymond was a member (among others). Barrie plays a lot of bowls.
